Having a grandparent is Special. Click on Special for more information. It is even more special for a child that you reach out and help. For without you they will not ever have anyone to say "I love you Grandpa! or I love you Grandma." For in two years, whether at an age of 4 or 12, they will never be acclimated into a home. You may never give them a hug, but they will feel your love all the way around to the other side of the world. Reaching out to an invisible Street Child and becoming a "grandchild" is almost a miracle and maybe it is for them and you.

Each child we find are dirty from head to toe and whatever clothing they have on. Some have very little clothing which is usually burned because of where they were staying.
