Rescuing a Street Child
If you have not read the pages About Street Children and the sub-pages showing the statistics, please do so now. About 50% are street children that live at home. They are forced by their parent or parents to beg for money and food. We do not have a program for subsidizing children that live in these homes like the larger charities.
We seek out Street Children that do not have a guardian or parent to give them parental training and supervision. A Street Child have a social acceptance at the level of a pig, swine that eat in the dumps along with Street Children who are looking for food or something to sell. You should have read About Street Children by now. You now understand somewhat of the terror and confusion in the mind of a child that is on the streets fending for themselves. They have no government entity that has any funding to seek out and help children. With your help we Reach One - Save One.
In the Indonesian Statistics and India Statistics you read of the percentages of children, number of children and that within 1 year or more they become almost to the point of not being able to "reintegrate" into being a child. We need your help by sending support so that we at C4KII have the ability to seek out these children at the youngest age possible and save them from a life of fear, not trusting anyone, not showing love to anyone or receiving love from anyone. You have read about young girls as to how many die prior to the age of 15. We have children homes in both areas and the statistics hold true to both and the outcome for a child is the same ......... the governments and most religious groups do not recognize them as a child but look upon them as a non-person. One adult with Joe said, "Oh .... that is a street kid," without recognition of a child in need.
