Asking for a refund or cancellation when supporting a charity does happen from time to time and not something enjoyed by either party.
The below topics provide you with the information to make you decision whether to cancel your donations or continue..
Take one minute of prayer and talk to God about it.
A. Ask the Lord and use His wisdom to finalize what you are thinking of what to do.
B. Then after praying, read all of the topics below.
C. Then take one more minute and ask the Lord for His final decision.
1. Only a donation sent to us within the last 30 days is required by law to be refunded. All requests for cancellation are required to be delivered on or before the 30th day from receiving the donation.
2. Cancelled amount: If a financial gift is cancelled and conforms with the below examples, a refund processing fee of $25.00 will be assessed and applied to the amount of the donation you are cancelling. If you do not ask for a refund and you let us know that you are cancelling all future support, their is no charge ($0.00).
3. All funds received will be calculated at the received monetary amount in US Dollars.
4. Credit card donations are as of the date transaction was made.
5. If donations are via check or money order the reception date will be as delivered no later than 5 days from date of date on item or by documented at time of reception.
6. Monthly Support: Those that are sending monthly support for two or months and/or have stated they are sending monthly support, we would appreciate a minimum of 30 days notice prior you stopping your support.
7. Bi-Monthly or Quarterly Support: No refunds will be paid on received support unless a statement of hardship statement is received within 30 days from receiving your support.
8. Project Support: When you identify an approved support for a specific child, received support will not be refunded. Notification for reason not to continue would be appreciated as we will need to stop the project until another donor will be replacing the lost support.
You may cancel supporting one project and direct your support to go to another project at no cost to changing. Notification is required to be received prior to the 1st day of the month for making the change.
9. One Time Gift: A one time gift may be cancelled within 30 days from reception of the gift and received within 30 days of the gift. We would appreciate an explanation.
10. A physical gift donated will have a $50 processing fee plus all costs for shipping.
Notification may be sent by mail but email is faster. Send your response to Support@Compassion-4-Kids-Int.org. When cancelling support for a project, send your request to Projects@Compassion-4-Kids-Int.org
11. Information Needed. Name on check, amount of check, date on check, memo on check, your telephone number, and signed by same person. Other information maybe required.
12. Processing Time: Once we receive your cancellation request we will refund your cancellation amount by mail upon confirmation of the person donating is the person cancelling.

What will happen when cancelled.
After you prayer time, and if you decide to not cancel your previous donation amount, maybe you would like to make an additional donation to help a child or project with a little more support.
Remember, when your support stops, we will not be able to take any new children into one of the homes until your cancelled support is replaced by a new support person.
But when you talk to God and the Lord directs you to stop, we know that it is in the Lord's will for us to adjust how many children or the additional project that we will need to put off for awhile.
