When you provide the support to Rescue a Street Child ..................... the following happens.
Without your support, ..................................................
Food
A Street Child on the streets is fortunate to be able to have one meal a day. With your support, a child will be off the streets and have 3 meals a day. The meal will be a well balanced meal so that their bones, growth, and mind will be as healthy as we can in their food preparation.
Clothing
A Street Child living on the streets is fortunate to have one full set of clothes. They usually do not have underclothes. Your support will provide enough changes of clothes so that they will have clean clothes for school, church, and play.
A safe place to sleep
A Street Child on the streets will be fortunate to have a roof over their head for sleeping. Your support will allow them to have a warm, pest free, and a safe sleeping area for a good night sleep every night.
Education
A Street Child on the streets receives no school education and no religious, moral or ethical teaching and training. Your support will enable the child to go to a school through 12th grade and we will have religious training at the home and at a church. Future projects will give us the ability to provide an in-home school.
Medical
A Street Child on the streets will receive no medical care during any part of their life. If they come in contact with a life killing disease, they will die. Your support will allow the child to receive medical care for any problem that may come up whether it is a cut, a headache, or a serious illness.
Loving parent
A Street Child on the streets will not have a parent of any kind that can say "I love you". Your support adds a 6th plus for a child. Your support will allow us to hire and train adults, possibly widows, to care for our children and be their parent. They will receive all the love that you give your children, grandchildren, niece or nephew. Joseph Burke wrote a Standards of Care document for the homes to abide by to help the children and the staff.
