We have children homes, not orphanages, where they can thrive without the stigma of not being the "real child" of someone. We bring a parent into their life that will give them love and guidance that was missing in their life. The staff is required to follow our Standards of Care and so we know how they are being disciplined (taught) and can see with our annual inspections that the facility, grounds, training, and all that entails to operate a very good home, is implemented and is done with living care.

Compassion 4 Kids International was born after Joseph Burke completed 8 medical mission trips to the Mentawai Islands 100 miles off the south coast of Sumatra and now is enabled to go into South East India.

All six of them are orphaned, no guardian, no school, no toys, no medical care, and very few meals. They look forward to being in the house to be part of a home.

If a street child is lucky, as they see it, they will be a sheep or goat herder where they get two meals a day and someone pays for the clothes on their backs. But still no toys. They have no one to call "Mom" or "Dad".

The child to the right side of Mr. Burke asked him a question just before they left after eating a large plate of rice and vegetable juice. "Mr. Burke, when will you have a home for me?"

How mush love do you have? Will you provide the support to take this child off the streets a bring them into the C4KII family ........ and your family. Only $40 per month will take them off the streets. Sponsor a child at $50 or more per month and you insure they have some secondary education after completing high school.

See Project 1 and you can be part of the building program so we can take in up to 12 children. Only as little as $1.33 per day is all you need to send to support a child.

See Project 2 to help us with an investment to provide continual support of up to 160 children. Our American dollar is slowly depreciating under the present in 2011. In Indonesia in 2010 we use to get over 10,000 rupiah per dollar and now it is down to 8,100 rupiah per dollar. In India in 2010 we got 46.24 rupee per dollar and in 2011 we receive 44.45 per dollar. This project will not depend on the fluctuating dollar market.
