Being a Director
Being a Director
We are looking for one or two Christian men and/or women that have a strong desire to help Rescue Street Children, be able to work with others, and develop strategies to help implement them to further the outreach for Compassion 4 Kids International, Inc. We do not subsidize families for we Seek Out those children that are the lowest of low, in their respective societies. The are equal to the level of a pig. They scrounge around for food right along with the swine at the dump.
Maybe you are in a college, a university, or in a seminary and you have a desire to do something for children. We know that the title of being on the Board of Directors is a huge responsibility. We are a small organization starting in 2005 with a tap on the shoulder by God, and a whisper to help these children that Joe saw in person while being in Indonesia. You may not believe that you are Director material, but God is using Joe and he is helped by God to do what God directs him to do. You only have to rely on Him as He can move mountains.
We are a very small organization right now and your help could be what sparks us into expanding our outreach program to Rescue Street Children, Reach One - Save One, before they are lost within a terrible culture. Check out our new website at StreetChildrenRescue.com when it is up an running by the end of January.
Some of our long range goals is to have home complexes with over 150 children, including a recognized school. If you are a teacher or training in education, you will be a very good prospect to help. The picture below shows a complex that has about 148 children and their own school. But they are only on 1/3 of an acre and have problems with what and how they do things. It is not bad, it is that they have to work through the restraints of not having more land.
You will learn from us and we will learn from you to reach out to orphans and street child as the Lord has commanded us to do.
Fill out the form below and let us know of your desires. If you are unable to fill the position, maybe you can help us in other ways. It all starts within you and your heart for children.

Children's Home outside of Vijayawada, India.
This is a children's home I am going to visit in January 2012. They have about 148 children and feed up to 1,400 children in surrounding towns. This facility sleep 148 gets on mats, no mattresses. Here they are coming through the lunch or dinner line to get their meal. It consists mainly of rice and a liquid curry. The curry has pureed vegetables and sometimes chicken. They have 3 to 7 vegetables in this curry. The curry then is poured onto their plate and they use their fingers to mix some curry with the rice. This enables them to form some rice into a ball and it kind of sticks together, except when Joe does it. He uses a fork, which he brings with himself so he doesn't starve to death while being gone for a month or more from home.
