Compassion 4 Kids International

Refund Policy

Welcome

We are a 501 (C)3 charity organization accepting support for Cikal Hope for Children.

We are not affiliated with Compassion International, Compassion 4 Kids, or Compassion for Kids.

We are Compassion 4 Kids International, Inc

Even though the IRS requires a receipt for gift support of more than $75 per year, we send out receipts for $30 or more once we are able to confirm more than one gift.

Asking for a refund or cancellation of supporting a charity does happen from time to time. So that you know what to do and how to do it will hopefully make it easier for you and for us for this decision. We pray that you pray about this and that the Lord's will and guidance of the Holy Spirit will prevail in making your decision.

We have tried our best to keep you informed through this website and emails if needed to allow you to know where your money is going. Some charities say they send out to the mission they have the passion for is 80% of the support sent to them. But many of them, even with the government audits cannot prove or totally explain how they use the 80% in the field when it is sent to individuals or churches that are supposed to disperse the support prudently.

In Indonesia, as well as other countries, graft and payoffs is a day to day occurrence on just about every level. Most people that desire a refund usually do it because they find out that their support is not going or suspected to not be going to what they desired. With the information that I receive from those that used to work for a charity say that 25% or less gets to the children they are supposed to be helping even though the charity says they send 80% of the gifts to the children.

We at Compassion 4 Kids International, Inc. not only open our USA books to those that do audits, but we will also give the books from our foreign foundations on how they spend their support when they get it. We have a person go each year from the Board of Directors to audit what was spent and help them with setting up the next year's budget as to what their wants and needs are. They keep the records for each and every purchase, including for salaries.

So we hope you do not ask for a refund or cancel your support. We are doing as much as we can with the support that we receive. They use a bank and the bank statement withdrawals are compared to what they spend. But if you do have a reason that you want to share, you can share it or just ask for a refund or let us know of the cancellation. Our refund policy is:

We will refund all charitable support for up to 60 days from date of the individual check, money order, or cashier's check that has an amount more than $50.00 total. There are no refunds for amounts under $50.00. Amounts that are more than $50.00 will have a $50.00 handling fee for processing and mailing the refund. If a request is made for special mailing and handling, the cost for such is deducted from the refund amount for such as FED EX, UPS, or other overnight or other costs incurred such as registered or it needing insurance.

Please give a minimum of 10 working days from the time we receive the request to respond and complete the refund. See the contact page for mailing address or send us an initial email describing the date, the amount, check or money order number and a reason for the refund if you can. If you cannot or do not want to give a reason that will not slow down the process.

Thank you:
