You now can use PayPal to help support us. Just click on the "Donate" button and follow the instructions. You have a choice of the major credit cards and PayPal.

Asking for a refund or cancellation when supporting a charity does happen from time to time and not something enjoyed by either party.

The below topics provide you with the information to make your decision and we hope it makes it easier for you.

Take one more minute and pray about it. Ask the Lord and use His wisdom to finalize what you are wanting to do. After reading all of the topics below, take one more minute and ask the Lord for His final decision.

1.    Cancel Cost:     If a financial gift is cancelled and conforms with the below examples, a refund processing fee of $25.00 will be assessed per cancellation of the previous month's amount. Example: You send a check or make a credit card donation on the 5th of January. On the 20th you contact us to cancel the donation amount and ask for a refund. The processing fee is $25.00. If you do not ask for a refund and you let us know that you are cancelling all future support, their is no charge ($0.00).

2.    All funds received will be calculated as US Dollars received.

3.    Credit card donations are of the date of the credit card transaction. Checks and Money Orders will be dated as 3 days previous from the date we receive them.

4.    Monthly support:     Those that are sending in monthly support for general use or for a specific child, no refunds will be honored after 30 days from sending the first amount. You may cancel yourself by not sending any more support. We hope you will write us and let us know why you have stopped sending support.

5.    Bi-monthly or Quarterly Support:     No refunds will be made after first support payment unless the current amount is larger than those previously sent. You may cancel yourself by not sending any more support and we ask you to notify. We hope you will write us and let us know why you have stopped sending support.

6.    Project Support:     When you identify an approved project to support, you will send us notification on our form to identify the project. It will include the total amount you are going to do, the amount of each donation, and the number of payments being made. You may cancel within 30 days to withdraw from supporting the project. See Topic 1 above. If it is after 30 days from sending us the first installment, the refund, if any, will be adjusted from the last installment made. If you do not want the last installment back, just notify us of the cancellation and we ask you for your reason why, if possible.

7.    One Time Gift:     A one time financial gift is a financial gift that is made without notification of a project, supporting a specific child or that the financial gift will be sent on a monthly, bi-monthly, or another sequential method. A person may send a one time gift multiple times during any period of time. To cancel a one time financial gift it has to be cancelled in less than 30 days via email to: support@compassion-4-kids-int.org as per Topic 1 above. 

8.    Processing Time:     Once we receive your cancellation request we will refund your cancellation amount by mail. You need to have the following information: the date it was sent, amount of the financial gift, full name, address, and telephone number in the email for us to process it. Credit card donations are of the date of the credit card transaction. Credit Card refund will be applied back to your credit card upon notification via phone to confirm what credit card was used.
